We seek submissions from unpublished fiction writers (novelist ,short-story, playwrite, poem) We are giving you an opportunity to read an extract from a completed chapter to other would-be writers and the general public. Maybe you are not a writer, but an avid reader and a lover of fiction books, come along to any event relax and listen.
In a nutshell, what we do at our meet-ups is savour and talk about ONE short story of note in “real time”, aloud. Each month, Megg and Steve suggest a volume of short stories which they think the group might enjoy reading. At the meet-up one of the facilitators kicks things off by reading the first few paragraphs of the chosen story.
