The Great Books Reading Group is not a literature club. It is a discussion group that uses a multidisciplinary approach to learning and exploring the past and present. We are reading from the St. John's College Reading List. As we read foundational texts in the Western tradition, we examine mysticism, history, theology, the earth and physical sciences, mathematics, philosophy and government, as well as art, literature and music.

This meetup is designed to help non-speakers learn to speak, write and read the Yoruba language in a fun, friendly and casual environment with a yoruba speaker. I'm an African who learned to speak and read the language at the early age of 9. Will love to help others do the same! :) I'm not a teacher or tutor, (not yet) just a lover of the language.
