Activities will include mixers/networking, playing CASHFLOW 101, book discussions, educational outings such as seminars, and other ideas as proposed by the membership. Product/service providers are welcome as members and are asked to participate as “financial sojourners,” refraining from aggressive marketing within the group.  

We will establish a new meetup for discussion of classic and contemporary Francophone literature if there is enough interest. In order to give members plenty of time to read each book, we are currently thinking of meeting every six weeks to two months. Because Saturdays at 11 at Freedom of Expresso seems to work for most people, we will keep that time (on a Saturday that the group would not otherwise be meeting).

I decided to start this group because I just finished college and want to meet others with similar interests. I am working on a history paper right now and would like to get together and discuss theory that might be useful to me. The idea is that we get about 10 to 15 people and then pick a social theorist to study in depth. Each week we could have a different moderator that would steer the discussion.
