Mindfulness is developed by purposefully paying attention in a non-judgmental way, to what is going on in your body, your mind and in the world around you. "Cleveland Old School Roleplaying" is my attempt to bring together and connect with enthusiasts of earlier editions of Dungeons and Dragons (i.e. Advanced Dungeons and Dragons and AD&D 2nd Edition).
