We will read a mixture of fiction and nonfiction books and will meet at different locations around Fort Worth until we decide on a home-base location. Here's the deal: Every other week, we meet up and randomly pick a "seed" sentence from a newspaper, website, sign, fortune cookie, whatever. Then we write for thirty minutes, using that sentence as the first in the story. After thirty minutes, anyone who is so inclined can read his story out loud and we can discuss.
